We may act as agent either for you individually or for you as trustee of your living trust. In the latter case we are a fiduciary agent for you and your trust. During your lifetime, we will manage your assets in consultation with you, at your direction or with full discretion, as you decide. We can also pay bills and help you with a variety of financial decisions and considerations.
