Signing up for Online Banking
You need an active Bank of Ann Arbor checking or savings account, Internet connection and current browser software with 128-bit encryption to use Online Banking. Online Banking is free to Bank of Ann Arbor clients.

Bank of Ann Arbor's Online Banking is provided by a third party on our behalf. When you log in to Online Banking you may notice that the URL (site address) changes from https://www.boaa.com to https://rdsi-secure.com/xxxx. This is valid website and you may proceed securely. If another address is displayed, do not proceed; instead call 734-662-1600.

To get started, go to the First Time User link in the Online Banking Login area. Enter the information requested. Use a valid Bank of Ann Arbor account number. Your initial password is your Telebanc Personal Identification Number. Please note that if you forget your password, it will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you opened your account.

Signing up for Online Bill Pay
To get started you gather up the following
  • Your e-mail address
  • Checkbook (to access your account number) or routing and account numbers
  • Social Security number (so your provider can identify you as the user of the account)
  • A recent bill for each company you wish to sign up to pay online
Click on CheckFree Bill Pay in the Online Banking login area. Select Enroll Me and follow the instructions from CheckFree. As part of the enrollment process, CheckFree will confirm your account number by submitting two deposits and one withdrawal to your account totaling less than $1.00. When you see them on your statement, sign on to CheckFree and enter the deposit information under the "My Account" tab. You are now ready to begin paying bills online.

Be sure to use the Sign Out button to exit a Bill Pay session. We also recommend that you empty the cache or temporary Internet files frequently. Check your browser's Help menu for instructions.
